Role Summary:

As an entry level Business Administrator at NeuralBank, you will be responsible for supporting the daily operations and management of our company. You will work on various tasks to ensure efficient work and effective communication. You have a keen interest in building startups from the ground up and are eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced and fun environment.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in coordinating and managing daily administrative tasks and operations.
• Support various tasks as the company needs.
• Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.
• Help maintain and update company databases, records, and documentation.
• Assist with budgeting and financial tracking, including processing invoices and expenses.
• Be on call for the company.
• Provide support in human resources processes such as recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
• Communicate with clients, vendors, and other external partners as needed.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in an administrative, office management, or similar role.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel and PowerPoint | Power BI is a plus).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Detail-oriented and able to work well under pressure.
• Familiarity with basic accounting principles and financial tracking.

Preferred Skillset:

• Experience with CNA (Customer Needs Analysis) studies.
• Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and discretion.
• Familiarity with basic HR processes and best practices.
• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
