Role Summary:

As a Graphic Designer at NeuralBank, you will be working on creating visually stunning and effective designs that convey complex information with ease. The projects you work on are highly visible and customer-centric. You will collaborate with product and marketing teams to translate concepts into reality, ensuring that our brand is represented consistently across all platforms. You are passionate about design and are skilled in using modern design tools to achieve this goal.

Responsibilities:

• Design visually compelling digital and print assets including but not limited to logos, presentations, social media graphics, email templates, and print collateral
• Collaborate with product and marketing teams to ensure a cohesive brand experience across all platforms
• Take ownership of the design process from conception to delivery
• Stay up-to-date on emerging design trends and tools
• Maintain and organize design assets and files
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business goals and design solutions that meet their needs
• Participate in design reviews to maintain design quality standards

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of industry experience as a graphic designer post-graduation.
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Experience in creating designs for both digital and print mediums.
• Understanding of layout aesthetics and design principles.
• Familiarity with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
• Experience with version control systems, preferably Git.
• Strong portfolio that demonstrates creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of typography, color theory, and composition.

Preferred Skillset:

• Passion for creating visually appealing designs that communicate complex information with ease.
• Strong understanding of design principles and best practices.
• Experience with branding and creating style guides.
• Experience with web design and basic understanding of HTML/CSS.
• Strong technical (written and verbal) communication, prioritization, and time management skills.
• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process.
• A keen eye for design and attention to detail.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
